Hey! I’m Keana, a passionate doula and lactation educator dedicated to supporting families during one of life’s most transformative journeys. As a wife and a mother of two young boys, I understand the joys and challenges of pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period firsthand. My mission is to provide nurturing care that goes beyond birth, offering guidance and support that empowers families as they adjust to life with their new baby.
I am a Certified Full Spectrum Doula and a Community Breastfeeding Specialist, with extensive training and experience in providing emotional and physical support. My approach is centered on empowering families with the knowledge, resources, and support they need to thrive throughout their journey.
In addition to my love for helping others through pregnancy, birth and postpartum recovery, I’m deeply committed to providing personalized lactation support to ensure both mom and baby thrive. I believe every family deserves access to compassionate care and culturally competent advice, and I’m here to help make that happen.
When I’m not supporting new families, you can find me exploring the world with my family, embracing all the adventures that come with traveling. My experiences as a mother and avid traveler have shaped the way I care for families, helping me bring a holistic, compassionate approach to care.
